JD Pulling Tool

JD Pulling Tool is a wireline service tool designed to remove retrievable subsurface devices, with external fishing necks, from a well. The JD Pulling Tool is available with different core lengths which permits the tool to retrieve subsurface devices with different fishing neck reach.
•JDS: with Short Core
•JDC: with Long Core
The JD Pulling Tool can be released, if necessary, from the retrievable device by downward jarring.
A third core length, designated as an “ L”, is even shorter than an “ S “ but has limited application.
