◊ Import Volume and Price of Natural Gas Have Both Increased in the First 5 Months

According to data released by the General Administration of Customs on June 7th, China’s total import and export value in the first five months of this year was 16.77 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.7%.

◊ China’s First Offshore Carbon Dioxide Storage Project

The first offshore carbon dioxide storage demonstration project in China has been officially put into operation, and large-scale injection of carbon dioxide generated by offshore oil extraction into the seabed has begun.

◊ Yangzi Petrochemical’s EVA Production Reached a New High in May

Yangzi Petrochemical has produced 9500 tons of best-selling products such as EVA photovoltaic film and hot melt adhesive, exceeding the plan by 12.4%, breaking the monthly production record of the device.

◊ Well Majing 1-1H Has a Daily Output of 930000 m³

The ultra deep horizontal development evaluation well of Southwest Petroleum Bureau, Well Majing 1-1H, has a drilling depth of 7939m and a daily natural gas output of 936000 m³.

◊ Zhongke Refining and Chemical’s EVA Monthly Production Reaches a New High

In May, the 100000 ton/year EVA plant of Zhongke Refining and Chemical was operating at full capacity, with a year-on-year increase of 17.26% in production, setting a new high in monthly production since the plant was put into operation.
